Booking & Confirmation
By completing a booking through our website or representatives, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A reservation is only confirmed when full payment is received, and we issue written confirmation.
Cancellation & Change Date/Time Policies
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip to receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations due to insufficient participants on shared trips will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Change of Date:
Requests to change your trip date will be accommodated based on availability.
We’ll work with you to reschedule to a suitable date/time if possible.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
The captain may cancel trips due to inclement weather for safety reasons.
In such cases, we will offer to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Operator Cancellations:
We may cancel trips due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided in such cases.
Associated Costs:
We may cancel trips due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
Billfisher Charters Ltd. is not responsible for external costs incurred by guests (e.g., flights or hotel stays) due to trip cancellations.
GENERAL TERMS
Prices & Payment
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and quoted per trip, unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation and receipt will be provided upon payment.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
All trips are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or rescheduled without notice.
Tour Itinerary
We reserve the right to alter trip itineraries due to weather, safety, or to improve the guest experience. The core nature of the trip will remain, but sequences or stops may vary.
What’s Included
Trip inclusions are listed on our website and in booking confirmations. Minor adjustments may be made without affecting the overall trip experience.
Unclaimed Benefits
No refunds will be issued for missed activities, unused services, or guest decisions not to participate.
Participation in fishing, snorkeling, and water-based activities involves inherent risk.
Billfisher Charters Ltd. is not liable for injuries, property damage, or personal losses during the trip.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, governmental actions, or unforeseen events.
Safety Briefing
All guests must attend a mandatory safety briefing prior to departure.
Life jackets are available and recommended while swimming or snorkeling.
A signed liability waiver is required before departure, releasing the company from responsibility for personal injury or property loss.
This trip is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
All guests must be physically able to board and disembark the vessel without assistance.
For safety reasons, participation is not permitted for individuals with:
Recent or existing back or neck injuries
Broken bones
Pregnancy
Heart conditions
Any other medical condition that could be aggravated by a boat ride or marine activities
All guests participate at their own risk and will be required to sign a waiver prior to departure.
We respect your privacy. Information collected during booking is used only for providing our services and will not be shared without your consent.
By confirming your booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding agreement between you and Billfisher Charters Ltd.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Barbados. Legal proceedings must be filed in courts located in Barbados
Changes to Terms
Billfisher Charters Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
