How do I book a trip?

You can book your trip directly through our website by filling out the booking form or contacting us via email or phone

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the trip for a full refund. Changes to dates can be requested and are subject to availability. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded.

No, all costs are clearly outlined. Optional extras like transportation are clearly stated on our website. Special requests will be discussed in advance.

Children must be 5 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please let us know of any special needs in advance.

Just bring the essentials — we’ll take care of the rest!:

  • Beach towel
  • Hat
  • Swimwear
  • Sunscreen
  • Extra set of clothes (just in case)
  • A good sense of humor!
All items are recommended for your comfort but not mandatory.

Transporation is an optional addon at checkout. However, due to our Port entry restrictions, we cannot provide round-trip transporation to and from the Barbados Bridgetown Port.

Snorkeling with Turtles & Shipwrecks is available only on Platinum Luxury Charters and Fish, Swim & BBQ Adventure Trips

  • Snorkeling equipment (mask & snorkel) available
  • Snorkeling and swimming are available on all private charters and Fish & Swim BBQ trips
  • Guests must be able to swim/snorkel unassisted
  • Noodles are available, but there is no lifeguard on duty
  • Snorkeling is subject to weather and sea conditions; the captain may cancel this activity for guest safety

Trips booked with Billfisher Sportfishing Charters include:

  • Guests are welcome to take a portion of the catch. We’ll clean and package fillets for you to enjoy. Please note that whole fish cannot be taken away.
  • Some hotels may have health and safety policies that prohibit guests from bringing back fish. We recommend checking with your accommodation in advance.

Billfisher Sportfishing Charters offers the following fishing techniques:

  • We mainly use the method of trolling, which allows us to cover more area during the trip.
  • Both light and heavy tackle are available, depending on the trip type.
  • Guests may bring their own rod and tackle (boat-approved only), but these can only be used on private charters and based on your target species.
  • Deep drop fishing (700–800 ft) for Queen Snapper is available with advance notice and only during daytime hours.
  • Daytime swordfish trips are also available with advance notice.
  • Both deep drop and swordfish trips are seasonal and only offered May–October, depending on weather and sea conditions.
