Ralph White

I’ve been an avid fisherman since childhood, I started from the beach and then offshore. My father fished with my uncle who was a fisherman and this is probably what inspired me to fish. I grew up on the seaside and enjoyed surfing and fishing from childhood. I also customized and built small boats and outfitted them to go fishing! I started deep sea fishing in 1988 and charter fishing in 1990 for a few years, then had a real job for a few years, lol. However, I still fished on weekends and holidays. After I got married in 1996, we had two boys, Noah and Tony, who also started fishing from a very young age. They both love fishing and they inspired me to get back into fishing for a living! This career change presented an opportunity to create a family business and spend more time together enjoying one of the best pleasures in life. Today I spend a lot of time fishing, and truly it’s a way of life I get to share with everyone. I go fishing on my day off!

Noah White

Noah is third generation fisherman, he has been fishing from childhood at the age of 4 years old. Born in 2001 as earned Barbados Game Fishing Association Junior Angler champion in the prestigious yearly International Fishing Tournament with Blue Marlin release estimated weight of 300lbs on 30lb test line. With many more Blues, and Sailfish under his belt. He has fished also extensively through the Southern Caribbean and also attained prize of Largest Dolphin in the 2018 Trinidad & Tobago International Tournament.

Noah has worked alongside his father as 2nd mate from 2014 and then to 1st mate and Captain of Billfisher III, and now Take a Chance also. His knowledge of the fish species is tremendous and fascinating to hear, he is also very gifted in handling the Billfisher III from childhood, and impressed many with his skill in maneuvering and docking the vessel effortlessly. Noah was officially promoted to full time Captain in 2025, with over 10,000 hours on the sea, he will continue in this new generation in our family businesses.
